? Make some progress on a project or task you have been avoiding. ?

Procrastination can build up stress, anxiety, and a sense of dread, but getting started is often the hardest part.

When we finally take that step forward—whether big or small—we feel lighter, more accomplished, and more in control.

Progress doesn’t have to be perfect; it just needs to move us closer to our goal.

Tackling something you’ve been avoiding helps clear mental clutter, boosts your confidence, and creates momentum for future success.

Sometimes, just starting is enough to reignite your motivation. ??

How can you start making progress today?

Identify the task or project you’ve been avoiding, and break it into smaller, manageable steps. Sometimes the task feels too big, but taking it one piece at a time makes it easier.

Give yourself a set amount of time to work on it—whether it’s 10 minutes or an hour. Committing to just a small amount of time reduces the pressure and helps you get started.
