Stephen Cave joins EXPED's innovation team in Zurich

In the newly created position of Product and Innovation Manager "Sleeping Systems", EXPED has strengthened the innovative Product Management team at its headquarters in Zurich with Stephen Cave.

EXPED goes one step further in the field of product development and strengthens the innovation team at the headquarters in Zurich in the area of "Sleeping System". Stephen Cave, as a studied mechanical engineer and a second degree in technical product design and manufacturing technology, brings new know-how and a breath of fresh air to the established PM team of the Swiss tinkerer.

In addition to further developing the existing successful sleeping and bivy bag collection, he will create new synergies for future sleeping systems and develop new products in the sleeping mat and tent team.

Stephen is British, 27 years young and was most recently employed at Edelrid in Allg?u for 3.5 years. There he developed climbing gear in the innovation and hardware department. Along the way, he worked in technical product development at Ticket to the Moon for five years. The 27-year-old also gained further experience during his professional career at Salewa and Wild Country.

In his free time, Stephen naturally loves to be outdoors - either on the ground or in the air. He loves to explore the mountains on a ski tour or to view the world from above with a paraglider. So Stephen fits perfectly into the outdoor enthusiastic EXPED team.?
