Step Into Your Power in 2023 - Three Easy Ways to Start!

What does it mean to step into your power?

Stepping into your power means getting stronger. It means deciding what you want and going after it.

It means walking away from the wrong things and inviting the right things (and people) into your sphere.

We often focus on growing our professional skills, but our personal growth is even more important.

Stepping into your power is not something that happens instantly. It’s a practice, like yoga or meditation.

Here are three simple ways to begin stepping into your power:

1)????Get out a journal or notebook and write about what you want in 2023. You don’t have to make a detailed plan at this stage. Let your vision take shape, instead!

2)????Change up your routine. If you always eat the same foods, try some new recipes. If you drive to work the same way every day, shift your route. Listen to new music. Make small changes to step onto unfamiliar ground. After all, it’s only new ground once!

3)????Relax into the idea that you are perfect now and that getting better means accepting yourself more and more every day. Nothing about you needs to change. You don’t have weaknesses – only strengths you already know about, and new strengths yet to discover!

Why I Started Career Coaching

I started career coaching because I didn’t like the career advice I saw around me. I didn’t like the fact that job seekers were taught (and are still taught) to write their resumes in a stiff, robotic style that made them sound like everyone else. I didn’t like the disempowered way they were taught to interview, or any other part of the standard job search mindset and methodology.

I knew there was a better way to teach people to set their career direction, brand themselves and get the jobs they deserved.

I developed a curriculum that has helped thousands of working people, job seekers and budding consultants step into their power.
