Our Step Up Career Development program is the first of its kind giving elite sportswomen the opportunity to gain work experience, develop their social voice, and have global impact while pursuing excellence in their sport. Step Up athletes are involved in projects that impact the lives of women and girls through trusted partnerships with local organizations and leaders in more than 100 countries.
