Step Out of the Comfort Zone

Do you ever find yourself doing the same thing over and over again, recreating the same result and not heading in the direction of your goals? We all know, as Albert Einstein said, this is the definition of insanity.?

The only way to stop this cycle of insanity is to step out of your comfort zone.?

When you are in an area of familiarity, you're comfortable, but you know you shouldn’t be there. You desire more, but you’re afraid.?

Let’s apply this to your business - you find yourself wanting to try a different sales technique, or challenge yourself to increase your profitability. Or perhaps you want to reach out to new clients but you are afraid of the rejection you might experience. You will never see a different result until you are willing to step out of your comfort zone and go places you have never gone.?

This same principle applies to your personal life as well.?

I want to encourage you this week to take a look at the areas of your life, whether it’s personal, business or relational and see where you need to step out of your comfort zone and try something different to create a new result.?

Whether it be a social media broadcast, an Instagram post or writing an article on LinkedIn. Maybe it is a new sales approach or reaching out to a mentor and asking for help. It could be signing up for a coaching class with someone and learning a new perspective that you could not see for yourself.?

Stepping into the unknown can bring up fears and doubts but with courage and strength you will find that your success lies just on the other side of your comfort zone.?
