Step out!

"your mindset really have to change, you really have to first let it enter into your subconscious mind before you see it manifest in the physical, you have to first believe you are successful before you start seeing it come to play,you just have to settle this in your mind before you can achieve it" I heard this words over and over again at several training and conferences I attended this year, but hey, this was actually not my challenge! ah, common, I have settled this in my mind, success and I spoke about it long time ago and he knows we are cool, that I'm sure going to make it.

What an amazing year it has been so far, I might not have reached the goal that I set for 2018, but I am so grateful I did stepped out. I remember starting the year with the one major goal of improving on my abilities. One thing I was sure of was the fact that I had the abilities, of course have heard people say it over and over again.but within me, I was fighting those abilities.Stepping out was actually the break for me this year.

My major challenge, was really not stepping out, attending training and workshops helped me step out, it helped me see the need to just try even if you fail, at least try for the fun of it, it helped me stretched, it helped me get out of the comfort zone. it helped me try a lot of things that didn't work, but the experience from it was really priceless and of many other things that did work out.

I am really grateful for stepping out and trying new things and I am really grateful for the guys that brought this opportunities my way, I will forever be grateful for the impact of @Utiva and the amazing people I met here, thank you Daystar Leadership academy for making my 2019 worth it, thank you @cocacola for rejecting me, thank you if I applied to your company and you rejected me,I'm really grateful, thank you Ready set work, thank you LACE Africa, thank you to The Jimi Tewe company, thank you Mr fela Durotoye, thanks to all the people that made the Being Positive initiative happen.

What an amazing year it was, really getting set to fly in the new year.
