At Digney York Associates, we take pride in transforming spaces into exceptional guest experiences, and our latest project is no exception. We are thrilled to announce the completion of renovations for three stunning properties at Red Jacket Resorts in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.?

Situated along the banks of Parker's River in South Yarmouth, Red Jacket Resorts offers five unique properties: Red Jacket Beach Resort, Blue Water Resort, Riviera Beach Resort, Green Harbor Resort, and Blue Rock Resort.

We completed renovations on nearly 400 guest rooms, as well as lobby and reception areas, cafes, bars, and more across the Red Jacket Beach Resort, Riviera Beach Resort, and Blue Water Resort. These upgrades came just in time for the busy season at this classic summer getaway destination, offering a refreshed take on coastal charm.

From revamped guest rooms to redesigned common areas, every detail was carefully curated to elevate the guest experience. Red Jacket Beach Resort

The newly upgraded Red Jacket Beach Resort blends modern amenities with the timeless beauty of Cape Cod. This flagship resort unveils a complete refresh to its 163 rooms and the addition of family-friendly suites that include king beds and full-sized bunks with private nooks.

Our team worked closely with Red Jacket Resorts management to make sure each space reflected the region's unique character while providing a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Riviera Beach Resort

Riviera Beach Resort, part of the Red Jacket Resorts collection, is a beachfront haven located on Cape Cod's South Shore Drive. Blending modern comfort with New England coastal charm, the resort is an ideal getaway for families and vacationers seeking a relaxing coastal escape. Guests can enjoy beachside dining, water sports, and breathtaking scenic views that showcase Cape Cod's natural beauty.

The Riviera Beach Resort boasts 125 beautifully decorated guest rooms with ocean and poolside views. It offers family-friendly amenities like a private beach, pools, and access to nearby sister resorts. Room options cater to families and couples alike, featuring king, queen, and bunk beds, with many rooms offering private balconies or patios. Suites with kitchenettes and direct beach access are also available. Guests can relax in newly renovated accommodations equipped with modern amenities like flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and daily housekeeping.

Blue Water Resort

Blue Water Resort, nestled on the Nantucket Sound in South Yarmouth, offers a vibrant and playful Cape Cod experience. Only a few sandy steps away from the ocean, guests can enjoy activities like boogie boarding and beachside dining at the Surfside Grille.

With 109 redesigned rooms and a new restaurant concept, Blue Water Resort features a range of accommodations, including family suites, dog-friendly rooms, and chic accessible spaces. Guests also have access to amenities at neighboring Red Jacket Resorts.
