This time, robot arms, geometric shapes and pixelated speech bubbles adorn the tech section of WIRED’s 'World in 2024’ annual tome, documenting the merciless rise of AI. Through humour, surrealism and stark splashes of colour, she helps us make sense of a complicated world.

Josephine Rais x Aldi

TDF’s Josephine Rais was commissioned by Aldi Germany, along with other talented artists, to take part in the launch of the ‘Aldi Original Art Edition’ clothing collection. She took inspo from her favourite childhood OJ, adding her signature smileys to the shirt in a fruity ode to ‘Rio D’Oro’. Check it out.

Murugiah: Rangoli Mirrored Cosmos

Design meets Diwali at Greenwich Peninsula this year – and Murugiah is at its core. Honouring the Hindu festival of light, the TDF artist created Rangoli Mirrored Cosmos, a luminous three-dimensional expression of the universe’s interconnectivity.

Vivienne Shao - Personal Work

We checked in with Vivienne Shao as she looked back on some spicy personal works. ‘Love Shot’ from Valentine’s Day 2021 and ‘HOT’ inspired by the couply side of her daily life, “I have a beautiful arse and when I get changed my boyfriend’s eyes are glued” she tells us.?

Taken by the “weird moments of daily life” the TDF artist often bases her characters on herself and her boyfriend – with a little something extra. “I would change the hairstyle or the outfit to suit the theme of the illustration,” Vivienne says. “It feels like I’m dressing up for different stages”.?
