Excelent overview. Thanks for sharing.

I really enjoyed this article, the BIW process gets challenged when there's plastic fenders and you have to work with the change of size of ir at the ecoat oven, I remember using different set of tolerances at BIW and some fixations loose in order to let the fenders move during the cooking process and a further alignment before the assembly shop
