The Step-by-Step Blueprint to Make 2025 Your Best Year Yet

How was your 2024? And Did you achieve your 2024 Goals?

Did you can’t make enough progress in your life in 2024? And Are you unhappy with your progress?

Did you spend your whole year or a big chunk of 2024 doing these things…

  • Procrastinating Your Goals and Actions
  • Overthinking about Your Past and Future
  • Blaming other’s mistakes
  • Avoiding all the things that are important to you
  • Earning Zero income or less

If your answer is Yes, then you need Bigger changes in your life and some crucial mindset shifts that make 2025 the best year of your life.

And I promise if you adopt these Five Mindset shifts in 2025, you will start making progress in your life from starting of the year.

So Let’s deep dive into it.

1. Stop blaming others, instead focus on yourself

In our lives, we met many people who did wrong with us in our life or made our lives worse.

And we take it emotionally and in every situation…

  1. Either we overthink about why they did this to us or try to find their mistakes.
  2. Many times, we blame those people in front of others to seek sympathy or feel good.

We feel good or seek sympathy by constantly spending our valuable time blaming others for their mistakes and thinking about how did they wrong with us.

But have you ever think what did you get from doing these things?

The answer is more loss or more pain for your future.

Yes, you can’t change anything about what happened to you in your past and you waste your present time by blaming others and hurting you emotionally.

Doing these things has zero scope for improvement.

Instead, spend your time finding your mistakes and start blaming yourself for any problems you have.

This option has a massive scope for improvement and this gives you genuine satisfaction and joy in your life.

Forget about other people who did wrong to you and focus on the people who care about you and do something and make yourself better for them.

2. Seek Awareness and Be Responsible in your life

Many times, we think what I'm doing is correct or suggestions of our mom, dad, and others who genuinely care for us are incorrect.

Many of us have a lot of ego or don’t have that much knowledge or awareness and that’s why we can’t see…

  • Our Mistakes
  • Our Problems
  • Our Responsibilities
  • Our Weakness
  • Our Immaturity

Because of this, we have to face some heavy loss in our lives. For Example…

  • Sometimes, we get some wrong friend in our life who influences us to do things like Alcohol or Drugs and we don’t have that much awareness of how bad these things are for our lives.
  • Many of us get a lot of opportunities that have a lot of difficulties and challenges but we get feared of those difficulties. Because we don’t have that much awareness that difficulties are what bring growth in our lives.

There are many types of heavy losses we have to face because of a lack of awareness and having a lot of ego.

How to increase awareness and become responsible

To increase awareness, first of all, Start writing about….

  • Your thoughts and feelings
  • Your goals and desires
  • Your day-to-day actions and responsibilities
  • Your problems and mistakes.
  • Your Habits and Routines

Also, start reading books and listen to better podcasts around those problems, desires, actions, and thoughts, you have written.

This will help you to understand what is wrong with your thoughts, feelings, and actions and give you the answer to what is better for you.

Also, Stop depending on social media knowledge and YouTube videos because these sources contain surface information that is good for your basic awareness or starting point.

But to increase awareness and realize your responsibilities, you need deep awareness to seek improvement.

So start a development journey or personal growth journey in your life.

3. Remove the burden of past and future, focus on the present

As I said before, many times, we think too much about what happened to us in the past and damage ourselves emotionally.

But there is nothing we can do with that or neither we can change what happened in the past.

By thinking about the past, we get…

  • Sadness
  • Anger
  • Guilt or Shame

Also, many of us, think too much about the future and have a lot of fear around Risk and uncertainty of the future.

And there is no way you can be certain about the future but what do we get from overthinking about the future…

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Depression

From thinking about the past or the future, we only get emotional damage and this emotional damage stops us from making our present better.

These Fears, Anxiety, and overthinking just make us paralyze and stop us from making progress in our lives.

Stop thinking about the past or future, focus on what are the things that matter to you in the present, and focus on doing those things.

4. Ability to do Hard work on Difficult things

In modern days, this skill become rare day by day because we have a lot of distractions like social media, porn, and video streaming platforms that give us more pleasure and joy with zero effort.

These things constantly reduce our capacity to do difficult things and maintain our focus for longer periods.

If you constantly indulge yourself in Bing watching social media reels, Entertainment videos, and porn, either you loss the ability to do difficult things or you will never be able to build the capacity of doing difficult things.

Because of this, you get problems like…

  • Procrastination
  • Distraction
  • Addiction
  • Overthinking

How to build the ability to do Hard work on Difficult things

If you are a person who can’t get things done or is unable to make progress on your goals and tasks then you should…

  1. Make a list of cheap dopamine activities you do like Social Media, Porn, Junk Food, Video games, and others.
  2. Remove those activities or set limitations on those activities.
  3. Set Goals and set a fixed time in your daily activities for those goals.
  4. Build Habits of Writing Journal and Reading Books
  5. Build a Growth Mindset and learn to control your emotions.
  6. Build the ability to resist and try to be consistent in Taking Action.

5. Before everything, Build a Better Income Source

Many people say that “Money does not matter” “Money can’t buy happiness” or “Money can’t solve all your problems”.

Let me tell you something…

  • Money does not matter until you earn that much money to fulfill all your survival needs, responsibilities, and basic desires.
  • Money can’t buy happiness for someone who has a lot of money but for someone hungry, money can buy happiness in the form of food.
  • Money can’t solve all your problems but money can solve 99% problems in your life and in our life 99% of our problems arise because we don’t have enough money.

So If you are someone who doesn’t have a better income source, then this should be your first and most important goal in the present moment.

Better income is the amount of money from which you can fulfill all your survival needs, responsibilities, and basic desires. (Subjective choice)

This Mindset shift is the most important one you can take but why do I keep it at last if it is the most important one on this list?

Let me tell you why, If you want to build a better income source then,

  • You need to stop wasting time blaming others and focus on yourself. (1st Mindset Shift)
  • You need to be responsible and seek awareness to improve yourself. (2nd Mindset Shift)
  • You need to stop thinking about the past or future and start thinking about the present. (3rd Mindset Shift)
  • You need to do hard work on difficult things and seek challenges to improve yourself. (4th Mindset Shift)

To build a Better income source, first, you need to make yourself someone, who deserves a better income source.

All the above mindset shifts help you to become a person like that.
