Step into 2020 with reflections.

2020, really sounds good and inspirational. 

But how prepared are you for it?

Its very common for people to get inspired in the month of December to sit and think about “resolutions” for 2020. Be it things like I will get thin, I will eat healthy, I will start waking up early, I will spend more time with friends and family.

But frankly, how many of us, and till what extend are we successful? And why is that?

Two major reasons –

1)     The commitment and planning are not strong enough, that you lose the motivation for continuing.

2)     Reflection of your habits and how your previous year went.

And point number 2 is rarely spoken about. With the year coming to end, and a new beginning awaiting, how many of us have actually reflected upon how our year went by? I am sure very less.

Reflecting on your past and time spend, gives us a starting point to map out our future goals.

So this December 2019, I recommend you do the following –

1)     Things that happened in 2019 you are grateful for.

2)     Habits of 2019 you want to carry forward and why.

3)     Habits of 2019 you want to work on and why.

4)     Things you did in 2019 that you could have done better.

5)     Uncompleted tasks and dreams of 2019.

Answer these questions for yourself and let this set a base for your 2020 goal setting.
