We all have old programming and attachment to old experiences, unresolved conflict, emotions and stories (which are mostly fiction) but we bring them to the current situation.? I call this your ‘suitcase’?and it goes with you everywhere.

To Lighten Your Load means to be aware of what you’re packing around, and sometimes that’s enough to avoid?its?old?effects?on new circumstances, but often we have to do a little more digging in our own sandbox to find the treasure of enlightenment.

We need to look not only at what’s inside our suitcase, but how?it’s?getting entangled with others, where it stems from and why we are so attached to it.? Easier said than done, but doesn’t the thought of being lighter sound inspiring?? These old thought patterns have us resolving current and adult challenges with childlike thinking or fear from old experiences.?
