Step 15: How Do I Get What I Want
Welcome to step 15 of this 21 step course.
Celebrate each success. The most motivated people publicly acknowledge themselves and celebrate success each step of the way. When you celebrate it fizzes up inside you and creates a burst of energy which propels you forward. Celebrating success strengthens you mentally. Endorphin hormones are released like bubbles of joy into the brain and nervous system creating euphoria. Raise a glass to success with your workmates and friends and you will double or even treble that euphoria. As you let your cup overflow with celebration and gratitude, you will magnetise people towards you who want to support you fully in creating your goal.
When you celebrate success you are training your brain to reinforce the parts of you that have courageously manifested the qualities of clarity, focus, discipline and persistence. When you do not make it important to celebrate, you will feel empty. Choose to be powerful, nurture and sustain a deep, long-term and regular practice of celebration and self acknowledgment. Celebrate publicly, privately, out loud, in your thoughts and in your journal. You may sense something profoundly you, strengthening at your core.
