Step 1 - Apology & Sorry

When you are under stress; it is not necessarily caused by you. It may be because of external situation or people around you. We need to address this issue for our wellbeing. Neither we have control on others nor they are bothered.

?When we make mistake or our action cause trouble for others, it is better, we apologize, say sorry and take corrective action. We should be aware; how other’s trouble you or impact your peace of mind. Understand their perspective as well and come to conclusion.

Check number of times you; apologize, say sorry and take corrective action visa vis others do the same for you. This information will help you; to be in control of emotions and correct the situation for self. You should be more surrounded by people who support your growth and peace of mind.

It is anytime better that our locus of control is within for handling stress. There is no point in passing the buck. Ultimately; we must be comfortable and peaceful.

Thanks for wonderful insight Mr. Anand Patil. Great learning: Failure is an interim just a step of pause for introspection and taking an extra step to correct. It's better to understand at the earliest apologize and move forward with appropriate guidance.
