Stellar speakers set for this year’s CoreNet Symposium
One of the great things about the CoreNet Symposium is the range of superb speakers we attract from within New Zealand and all over the world. And this year is no different: it will be well worth attending to hear from the wide and varied range of amazing people lined up to rock you with their insight and relevance.
To give you the briefest glimpse of who we have lined up to speak, they include:
Marc Collins Chen, co-founder and former CEO of Oceanix, will show us something really extraordinary: Floating Cities. In partnership with the United Nations and the Metropolitan City of Busan, South Korea, OCEANIX CITY is the world’s first resilient and sustainable floating community.
Claire Sharpe of Warren and Mahoney will share her unique insights and observations from London to San Francisco through her involvement in the design and delivery of world-class corporate real estate, including Apple’s corporate headquarters in Silicon Valley, known the world-over as Apple Park.
Jo Monaghan of Fonterra will talk about how the way we work has changed, and the opportunity that exists at Fonterra to deliver a global workplace optimisation programme global workplaces that supports company strategy and helps its people to be “Good Together”.
Chris Dibble, Director of Strategic Advisory at Colliers, will lead a panel discussion of industry leaders and experts of some of New Zealand’s largest organisations on how to revise and reinvigorate our workspaces. The discussion will look to the tools and technologies that are being applied to improve workspaces, improve health and wellbeing, reduce burnout, and draw people back to our places and spaces.

I've been going to the Corenet Global NZ Symposium for many (very many) years. I therefore know it's often been said that each year's Symposium was the best yet. I believe this year's line-up of topics and speaker's is actually the best yet, with something for everyone from global through to local.
