  2. Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for success in sales. Stellar sales teams communicate clearly and regularly with each other, as well as with their customers and other stakeholders.
  3. Collaboration: Stellar sales teams work collaboratively, sharing information, best practices, and strategies to achieve their goals. They recognize that everyone on the team has a role to play and value each other's contributions.
  4. Adaptability: The best sales teams are adaptable and able to adjust their approach to meet changing market conditions and customer needs. They are not afraid to try new things and experiment with different approaches to find what works best.
