2020年年底，新加坡的一位知名承包商通过领英与信跃取得联系。并向我司发送了一份详细的项目询盘。管体为ASTM A53 Gr.B 直缝电阻焊管。口径分别有76mm、355.6mm 以及406mm。在沟通中，客户表示目前他们已经收到了多家企业的产品供货方案。只是无意间在领英上看到我司的一些项目信息后，尝试性的发了一个询盘。客户看似无意的咨询，但是对信跃来说，每一位客户的每一次询盘都是我们需要努力抓住的机会。

At the end of 2020, a well-known contractor in Singapore got in touch with Tianjin Xinyue Steel through LinkedIn. Then, the customer sent a detailed project inquiry which is ASTM A53 Gr.B ERW steel pipe to us. The outer diameter is 76mm, 355.6mm and 406mm. During our communication, customers said that they had received product supply solutions from several companies. They just had a try to send an inquiry to us after seeing some project information of our company on LinkedIn. Although, the inquiry was an unintentional behavior by customers, it was an opportunity to us and we need try our best to catch it, even for every customer's inquiry.

客户需要的不是普通的钢管，而是公差要求极其严格的环焊管。项目用于新加坡政府的地下污水处理工程。客户给我们的时间也很有限，因为项目时间原因， 客户还有一周时间就要确定供货方案，所以留给我们的时间已经不到一周了。在如此短的时间内要拿出压倒其他供应商的方案，是挑战更是机遇。

 The pipes requested by customers is not simple . It was a pipeline welded shoulder ring with extremely strict tolerance requirements and used in the underground sewage treatment project of Singapore government. The time given by the customer was also very tight . Due to t he schedule of project, we must confirm ed all the technical details in less than a week . It was a great challenge for us to provide a better plan than other companies in such a short time, but it was also a chance for us to prove ourselves.

看似希望渺茫，但信跃从来都不是轻言放弃的队伍。经过与客户的几次沟通，了解了客户的需求和担心的问题点后。在各个部门密切配合，通力合作下我们将准时将方案提交给了客户。与供货方案一同提交给客户的还有信跃在新加坡其他类似项目的数据和信跃曾经完成过的技术要求更加严格的相似产品的项目经验。客户收到我司资料后，仅与我们进行两次的电话沟通，就果断地与信跃签订了采购合同。现在产品已经加工接近完成，预计3月初便可以发往新加坡。

Xinyue never said give up, although there was a fat chance. After several times of communication with customers, we understood the problems that customers worried about. The relevant departments of Xinyue actively worked together and submitted the best solution to the customer on time. At the same time, Xinyue actively shared the data and experience of other similar projects in Singapore. Those projects Xinyue had done had stricter requirements. After receiving our data, the customer signed a purchase contract with Xinyue only by a few phone calls. Now, the pipe is nearly completed and expected to send to Singapore in early March.
