In 2000, a young man in Enshi, Brave Hua who was determined to become the king of fruit in the county when he was studying. He entered the stainless steel industry after graduation and became a sales.He didn't realise he'd been in the industry for more than 20 years.
Since 2006, after nearly 20 years of cultivation, MT Stainless Steel(MTSCO) has developed into MT Holding Group, which has 4 business divisions and subsidiaries, and a MITA Research Institute. The company has gradually cultivated a group of post-90s industry new force in this traditional industry. From self-improvement to organisational improvement
At the beginning of the business, many foreign traders seized opportunities by grasping the information gap and relying on boldness. During that period, I led the founding team to quickly accumulate start-up capital and experience through flexible market operations.
However, with the changes in the internal and external business environment, the business model could not continue to follow the same old routine. MTSCO?had to shift its mindset to identify and grasp opportunities through in-depth knowledge and systematic management to make long-termist investments. From a failed investment to a factory complex
