Steal This Framework

Steal This Framework

Today I'm sharing with you a framework I want you to steal.??

Why? Because I want you to have a business that does not feel like such a slog.

I want you to have a way of benchmarking where you are at across 7 core areas of customer acquisition…and having a way to continuously iterate and improve a business that feels most aligned to the soul gifts you came to share.

So who is this person who wants these things for you?

I’m George – co-founder of Greater Life. You may have heard me via one of the daily CoffeeCasts, which are our daily podcasts designed to be the perfect accompaniment to the making of, and first sips of, your morning coffee.

Unless you’ve checked me out on LinkedIn, George Hardwick you may not know that last year, pretty soon after I turned the seminal age of 40, I was diagnosed as having ADHD and likely other autistic traits.

I share this information for two reasons.

One, we know that adult diagnoses of ADHD are skyrocketing, so it may be valuable to realise you or someone you know is not as alone as they might have feared.

Two, I have been on a bit of a quest to uncover how my unique brain can be most of value since that time.??

And here’s where that quest lands today:

Greater Life’s Clarity & Traction System.

You see, more and more I’m realising that I’m a bit of a ninja at creating Frameworks – ways of presenting complex information in ways that can make it easily digestible and actionable.

And the reason I want you to steal the framework for our Clarity & Traction System is because I consider it something of a master framework. I’m going to lay it out for you below (heads up, if you listened to the 6Cs CoffeeCast, you’ll know some of what’s coming, but I’ve been further developing the framework) and I’ll signpost the other frameworks and models that sit within it so that you can see exactly why I consider it a master framework.

So let’s get into it. And by the way, so that we can fund the building of our forthcoming new membership offer, Mike Turner and I are putting together a process where we’ll work closely with a few folks over the next few months to help them create a magnetic digital presence that connects and converts:

Because that is exactly what a Clarity & Traction is designed to do.

What’s the system? It’s made up of the following 7 elements:?

  1. Commit to your cause?
  2. Connect with your customer?
  3. Clarify your value?
  4. Create your offer?
  5. Cultivate your ecosystem?
  6. Communicate your message?
  7. Convert the sale?

Over the next few weeks, we'll examine each so you can check in with yourself on how well you're doing in each area but for today we'll look at:?

Commit to your cause?

This is where the passion you have for solving a problem you care about meets two things: the unique gifts you have that can help to provide a solution, and your willingness to stay the course until a solution is found.

For you to successfully commit to your cause, you must know who you actually are. Who is the "You" that is committing to your cause?

Check out today’s CoffeeCast for more on this.

You must also know your cause – what is the love you are choosing to take a stand for…

And finally…

What will it take for you to commit to it and stay committed? When you take a stand, people may throw stones or try to cancel you. Are you willing to sit in that fire?

Check out today’s CoffeeCast for more on this first element of the system and in the coming weeks we’ll share the remainder with you.
