Staying Strong Together: End of Year Reflections and Actions

As the year comes to a close and we prepare to gather with family and friends for the holidays, it's an opportunity to meet people where they’re at and have meaningful conversations with those who may not always see eye to eye with us. Remember, it's up to us to organize our loved ones and help them understand the bigger "WE" as working people of Pennsylvania.

This year, we've accomplished so much together. In the general election alone we made over we made over 1.3 million phone calls to our neighbors. Friend, your efforts have made a significant difference, and we are grateful to be in community with you.

Together, we have the power to pick up the pieces from this election, reflect on the learnings, have more conversations with new neighbors, and continue the fight for a Pennsylvania that works for all of us. In January, we'll kick off the year by regrounding ourselves in our mission:

• We organize for power: organized people, money, and ideas
• We organize across race, place, and generation, building towards the periphery, not the center
• We confront root causes, not just symptoms

Then we’ll hit the ground running with our statewide campaigns, local issue fights, and electoral 2025 campaign plans. But we can’t do it without you.
