Hello all!? Hope you are having a great week and feeling you are connected to your wellness and success.? After a relaxing week on vacation, I thought a lot about the balance I continue to seek and how we misinterpret success and what productivity is.? Often,? we find a lot of shame and guilt around productivity or lack thereof. We get lost in these ideas of being active for the sake of it and feel this could produce the success we yearn for.? This type of experience is how we get lost in perceived expectations of what others definition of success. ??Let’s look more at what productive is, how it moves us forward and how it holds us back.? We can look at ways to find balance and mitigating or desire to performs and stay in stressed despair.
