Staying Organized and Productive

Staying Organized and Productive

So there I was, running around the pen with my head chopped off, just like the rest of the other chickens being slaughtered.

Well...not really, just metaphorically.

I had been building a business for about 2 years and had some success, but I knew that there was so much that I was missing out on because I couldn't keep up with everything I needed to do.

I would remember that I was supposed to follow up with someone whom I told I would contact last week.

I would remember this idea I had from a month ago and ask myself why I didn't run with it.

I'd get to the end of the day and realize that there were still 5 more things on my to-do list and now I had to add them to the following day, good luck getting those tasks done...

Sound familiar?

If you're an entrepreneur, realtor, small business owner, or even just somebody trying to manage your day you've probably experienced similar things if you've never been taught time management skills or been introduced to tools that help you achieve these daily tasks that are essential to your business.

Most people don't believe they have the time to do everything, but in the end, it boils down to 1 of 2 things.

  1. You are trying your absolute best to get your most important tasks done and build your business, or your life, but you haven't figured out the way to do it yet and create a plan to help you achieve it.
  2. You are using time as an excuse and don't want to put in the effort to get what you want.

I hope it's not the latter.

Regardless of which category you fall into, you can get all of these things completed and start to achieve what you want in life.

First, you have to make the decision that you're going to make a change.

Second, you have to create a plan to achieve all of this. (To be clear, this should not take a long time to do and should not be another excuse for why you aren't focusing on your tasks. You are not trying to be perfect here, just have a general idea of what needs to get done.)

Third, take action. Put your plan into place and start to crush it.

I've created a free guide that lays out the tools and ways that I stay organized and productive every single day in my business that you can implement for yourself right away.

You can find it to download here ==> https://kylegafgen.com/orgpro/

I hope that it helps you get yourself on the right track and please let me know if it does, or maybe what you do differently that has helped you!

No Excuses, Only Action.
