Staying Human with AI

Hey Beautiful Souls,

Welcome to the first Thursday of February. Before we get into this week's letter, let’s remember that we are human before all else and need regular care.

In fact, the song has been a mantra for my all this week, sung by the soulful Rag'n'Bone Man, its literally called “Human!”

This is the time to step into what it means to be a living, breathing soul.

Anyhow, that’s a whole other letter, instead let’s flip that kettle on, grab a bag of chamomile tea, and take this moment, as Sogyal Rinpoche advises, and: “Above all, be at ease, be as natural and spacious as possible.”

I mean that.

Stretch your hard-working body (noises welcome) and appreciate how cool it is to be you.
