STAYING HEALTHY
Mental and physical well being go hand in hand. At my age, my go-to exercise is walking in ravines, parks, by the lake anywhere close to nature. Living in a large urban center requires diligence in searching out green places to escape, breath the fresh air, rigorous walking and climbing with few people. The tags can be fun too. I do it and love it. Without both physical and mental health our lives and those around us will suffer. What do you do to make certain that you remain healthy? Get in the game. Be happy dammit!
