??Staying Committed To Yourself
Gardening has it’s own sorcery, it requires some science, some art, and a large amount of patience. My parents love to garden, they love their butterfly gardens, flowering plants, and fruit trees.
I give you a sample of a large 3 pound green avocado that is a product of commitment and love. I have watched my parents care for these trees and plants over the years and I have come to the realization that, “great things take time.”
Here is what I know, you must:
?? Be accountable to your habits.
?? Be accountable to your routines.
?? Be accountable to the journey.
?? Be accountable to your desires.
?? Be accountable to your success.
“I have learned that we sometimes glamorize the now, the instant, the living in the moment, we sometimes forget the importance of slow and the steady, the necessary journey, and the efforts of consistency needed to create, always takes time.” Sunil Harrypersad
Over the years, I have watched my parents give away hundreds of avocados to people: families, friends, and strangers. It has been their way of sharing their effort and love with others. I witnessed the long chats my parents have had with their fruit trees, remarkable the type of efforts poured in.
The questions I will ask you, “how committed are you to create and to share?” Are you “focused and driven to make the long journey?” Do you “celebrate the small wins and are you focused on true effort?”
In self reflection we gain clarity, in clarity we gain direction, in direction we gain purpose.
Build your legacy with a slow, focused and steady approach. Cheering you on….
