Microsoft Teams - Quick Tips for End Users
To get the most out of Microsoft Teams, I'd like to show you some quick tips to help the end user get around better. Further application examples can also be found on my blog.
Tip 4: How do I see what's happening and keep track of updates
When working from home, it’s natural you may overlook or forget something. That maybe didn’t happen in the office, when colleagues would have pointed it out with a shoulder knocker. To prevent this from happening, Microsoft Teams has the Activity-tile in its top left corner. This is the place, where you can find everything that is important for you.
For example, whether you have been @mentioned or added to a Team. Whether colleagues have responded to my posting or "liked" my answer. But that’s enough, also topic suggestions or threads, that enjoy increased popularity are displayed. Use this area daily or more frequently to stay up to date.
Of course, this list may fill up very quickly. Keep track! With the funnel symbol you can filter down to all that activities, which you want to find. Just give it a try, it's easy.
Team up!
