Stay strong and believe in yourself

Dear friends, 

I was thrilled to be part of an interesting webinar earlier today that shed some light on the post-corona era from a business point of view. One of the points addressed in particular caught my attention for a long time, "How does your business best adapt to the current situation and what initiatives have you taken into consideration to excel your business?"  As always transparently announced, Lead looks at different ways to diversify its offering to the local market and cater to the current, not previous, demands of the market. Therefore, our latest venture was establishing a new business-friendly Consultancy company to help businesses most affected by the pandemic.

Surprisingly enough, I have seen and heard opposers to our latest growth strategy and some even came from businesses that are most affected by the pandemic and haven't done anything about it.   

The reason I'm sharing this with everyone is to encourage whoever has a great idea or offering to NEVER LET ANYONE INFLUENCE what YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE. Criticizers will live till the end of time and IF YOU BELIEVE IN WHAT ARE YOU doing, you are offering a solution to the problem AND you are PASSIONATE enough then you will reach your goals.

Believe in 3 things:

 1.Your vision. 

2.Your great team and people who are behind you to support you.  

3.The joy that you will get once you achieve your and their goals.   

I admire what my friend Grant Cardon said: "If you dont have haters or people to talk about you/your business in the market then you are not successful"  

Have I listened to my opposers previously, I would have never taken a positive step further to grow my company. So, accept the fact that there is always someone talking about your activities, making every effort for you to give up. Take this negativity that surrounds you in some instances and turn it to a weapon that makes you stronger.   

Be like the swimmer with the black hat and focus on your target and unlike the second one whose only focus is to look at his competitor instead of his target to be the first.  Stay strong and believe in yourself.
