Getting connected to the customers and remaining connected to them isn't as easy as it looks.
So there may be a few things that may help to remain in touch with the customers in terms of communication with customers through media, social media, or anything digital general.
When we talk about relevance, we are not always talking about the product or approach but relevant what customers might be thinking broadly, this may be a sports event in which customers take an interest, maybe a political issue, or supporting a noble cause.
Many ways are there to find such motivations, over which the communication story can be made, and may attract our customers to us.
?Being in buzz is part two of the task discussed above, designing a story.
When we are ready with such an event to talk about, we have to create a story, strengthen that story with catchy phrases, good work with graphics, and somehow stand above the clutter.
As such topics may attract good customers to you, the same amount of customers may get away?as well, so while we choose an event to talk about on media, we must choose these very diligently.
