Never forget where you started. Many see me traveling with GAF and such a BIG honor to speak at events, but lot is happening behind the scenes and this photo is a beautiful reminder of the hardwork and dedication it takes to achieve your dreams.

Let me fill you in:

1. I'm still DOMINATING :D #somethingsneverchange See this photo that's the Monarch Maniacs way back in 2009!

2. I'm still in that Roofing Life! Full-time GM'ing the HQ Monarch Roofing MB location? No joke. It seems crazy - traveling with Reeva Impact, managing a giant team of Maniacs, implementing MASSIVE ACTION. #thegrindisreal! I can empathize with soo many and relate to what you're going through... not only have gone through it, but I'm still going through it with you!

A lot of changes coming up in 2023, going to be brutal and could very possibly be a total disaster, but "The one thing that separates winners from the losers?is, winners, take action."?- Tony Robbins

You can think about it. You can talk about it. But unless you are willing to do it, you're not doing anything. Sometimes you have to do it more than once. Sometimes you have to keep doing it until people think you're crazy. I wasn't the best leader back then, still got to get better, but somehow I convinced those Maniacs back then to stay! #allin "Be more than motivated, be more than driven, become literally obsessed to the point where people think you're f*ckin nuts!" - David Goggins

So what's new! One thing that's tried and true, you learn the most by doing. Last Saturday hosted our annual Monarch One Crown Machine Cup - all 3 Monarch Roofing location's Sales and Production teams plus REEVA Impact and SunX for one day only. Incredible. If me in 2009 could see me now, I have learned so much!

Machine Cup 2022's mission was this:

Mission One: Unity. One Crown. You must have unity in your machine. All butterflies must be flying in the same direction.?"Mediocre people don't like high achievers and high achievers don't like mediocre people…Get the right guys on the bus, get them in the right seats, and get the wrong guys off the bus." Nick Saban

Mission Two: Customer Acquisition

Superintendents and Inside Sales - the heart of The Roofing Machine. The stronger your production team, the higher your sales. #alwaysbeclosing Let production drive your sales team with lead generation directly from the field, and it will make an enormous IMPACT! Shout out Mark Anthony Godaire - the driving force and Lead Sales Coach with the REEVA Impact team. If interested, check out a one-to-one with him, you can do it from your truck, but I recommend a notebook because promise going to get massive value!! ??

Mission Three: DNFL - Don't quit. It's going to get hard. It will get harder than ever, but no matter what, you don't stop. You keep pushing. You keep grinding. Do your job, don't quit, and don't interfere. You keep going strong with MASSIVE ACTION. A lot in our industry will be folding under the pressure of the economy, but whatever you do, you don't give up. When others are folding, this is your chance to rise up! #doubledown I am tremendously grateful for the opportunity I have and the positions I am in, and while it is so important to keep your eye on the prize, it is equally important to look back and see how far you have come!
