Stay Prepared With the Latest Building Solutions & Products From Veris

Veris has been hard at work to provide you with additional products to choose from to meet your building or project requirements. We have launched a TON of products lately. Here is a summary in case you missed the latest news. In this edition of our newsletter, we’ll introduce you to the newest products in our catalog, which can help you achieve all these goals and more.

Explore Our New Particulate Matter Sensors

Indoor air often contains particulate matter—dust, dirt, and pollen, for example—even if you can’t see it. When people breathe in this kind of matter, it can contribute to health issues ranging from minor eye irritation to severe asthma attacks and heart disease. That’s why it’s so essential for you to be aware of particulate matter levels in your building at all times. This is especially crucial to K-12 schools in which particulate matter can be found in hallways where there are high concentrations of occupancy.?

As part of our line of air quality sensors, our new outdoor and duct mount particulate matter sensors are designed to detect the presence of these small particles. These are a few of the most exciting features we want to share:

  • Highly accurate measurements with innovative contamination resistance technology
  • Advanced detection for a variety of particle types and higher-resolution particle size binning to meet your sensing needs (PM 1.0, PM 2.5, PM 4.0, PM 10)?
  • Reliable laser light scattering particle sensing with an expected 10 year lifetime
  • Selectable analog DIP switch outputs: 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 5 Vdc, 0 to 10 Vdc
  • Choose between Duct Mount or Outdoor mount solutions
  • Easy installation and maintenance with latch on sensor cover and screwless terminal block wiring

Our laser-scatter particulate matter sensors will collect information about the number of particles in a space and report it in real time. You’ll know right away when levels get too high, so you can adjust and improve your systems as quickly as possible. Keeping the air in your indoor spaces clean and free of particulate matter is essential to meeting LEED and WELL building certifications and for the well-being of everyone in the building.

Keep Comfortable With the Next Level of Duct Humidity Sensors

Having humidity sensors that meet LEED green building and WELL building standards is crucial for the comfort level and energy efficiency of your building. Our latest line of next-generation humidity sensors have a larger temperature measurement range and are easier to install with a latch-on sensor cover. The new HO outdoor and HD2 analog and protocol duct-mount options are ideal solutions for measuring relative humidity and temperature in a wide range of conditions and applications.?

Leverage the Power of a Multi-Sensor CD2

To maximize the safety and comfort of the conditions in your building, there’s a lot you need to know about the indoor air quality. Our new duct CD2 CO2 sensors allow you to use a single device to measure multiple aspects that affect air quality: CO2, temperature, humidity, volatile organic compounds, and particulate matter.

With one easy-to-install device, you’ll have the information you need to improve your energy efficiency and cut costs. The CD2 CO2 Duct sensors can also help you acquire WELL and LEED certifications, demonstrating that your building is built to protect occupant health and support a more sustainable future. Choose from a variety of CD2 Duct sensor options that work for your project and building.?

Veris’ New Valves and Actuators

Veris now offers an additional product that will help you achieve building efficiency. Veris Valves allow you to control the flow of fluids or air and optimize the performance of your HVAC hydronic heating and cooling systems.

Our zone and ball valves provide easy maintenance with no need to remove the valves from the system to replace the actuator and have a manual override lever to flush systems without power.
