Stay Positive to beat Coronavirus
In this daily routine, people are just posting their emotions on social media that I lost my father due to COVID_19, I lost my mother, I lost my wife and I lost one of the important bread of my family or friends.
We know that COVID-19 pandemic has changed consumer behavior, attitudes toward office work, and even some views about society itself.
What a critical time we are phasing through………!!
It’s difficult for me to reconcile with this reality.
I am sure that we all never ever thought up to pass through these tough days.
After a year of the COVID-19 pandemic, people are criticising to the government and throwing stones on our government state.
But did we ever raise the issues, during non-pandemic times? Only when pandemic strikes, fault of government is taken as the swift response. Hope we had done the same for last 70 years, and now the situation would have been different.
It implies that COVID-19 is a pandemic situation and it has more critical aspects in the social domain which needs to be looked at, through a sociological rather than political perspective.
The Coronavirus or COVID-19 is a disease based on an unknown virus. In other terms, COVID-19 is a social action, and it is also to be considered a great social problem on the basis of close human contacts in day-to-day social relationships. There is no conclusive evidence on who made it or for what purpose.
This pandemic situation is one of the widely spread diseases in recent history. However, I noticed few observations that we should take care of:
- Everyone thought the virus will infect the ones with low immunity and the biologically old. Now, People in their 20s are loosing their battles.
- Senior doctors have abandoned patients in their most critical hour
- The real heroes are the hospital staff who are trying their best to save lives. General public raise positive altitudes over the special duties especially, health workers, social workers, police and armed forces who are involved in quarantine processes, etc.
- You should not be scared of wearing a PPE kit to comfort your friend or relative. Every patient is scared in the ICU.
- Local politicians have stocked up enough medicines for the next 5 pandemics so we should be strong and take best care of ourselves
- The daily death toll is far higher than the official stats. Those who disagree have never entered a COVID ICU
- Just when you start losing faith in humanity, you find strangers helping you. As always, Sikhs visiting Covid patient rescues to provide food. This is the kind of India we have grown up in.
- When the Indian scenario is analyzed, the COVID-19 impact is the most painful area when compared to other countries.
Though, it's not only stretching to covid positive patients, it is also detracting the mental health of jobless people. People are hardly trying to secure every part of their lives, especially their jobs.
In this critical time, companies need to work to lock in the speed of the pandemic response in a way that does not wreck mental health or cause employees to burnout.
This is the time where we have to prefer only indoors and not dance in any storm. We all know how difficult it’s for the entire world right now. At the same time, it increases your productivity as well; because this is the only time where you can bustle with your ideas and creativity onto the next level.
Can you write positive messages? Please do.
Believe me, you can be more superfluous and multi-tasker while working at home instead of office.
Dancing, singing, cooking, drawing, working, sleeping, watching and much more. So, instead of cluttering, wake up to trigger your skills and just brush it.
But no matter what, inactivity is going to depress you.
Come on, the clock is ticking.
Go for
1. Your experience
2. Your expertise
3. Your state of mind
Let’s be an ambassadors of health; bring it in order and and design our routine right to live right.
Thank You!
