Stay Healthy till the Last Breath

Anytime we visit cemetery; either in person or in thoughts, we feel futileness of life. This feeling does not stay long. We come out of it quickly. Most of the time; we forget the commitments we made to ourselves during this low period.

?Be Healthy, wealthy and wise - all of us have heard this multiple times. Very few pay proper attention to health due to various reasons. If health is not taken care, then we have to pay the price dearly. I have experienced this.

?All of us know; how to take care of our and near dear ones; health. Hence; I am not going to mention it again. I am going to mention what I have resolved and currently practicing.??This is what I have learnt from articles, books, teachers and mentors over a period of time.

?We should be honest while working and give more than what is expected. This enables us to justify every meal we have. Before and after every meal; ask yourself whether you have worked enough. ?

?Justifying meal/s is a must; whether we are working at job or for home chores. Keep balance of job / office work and home chores. ?When we work at home, and make our near dear once life comfortable, it helps us in improving health.

?Many household chores are actually applied exercises. During weekdays before going to work we must complete minimum ten chores at home and when we come back min twenty chores at home.?If you follow this, you need not go to gym to keep yourself fit.?Working at home religiously for minimum couple of hours; will keep you healthy.

?Feeling better during most of the days is our prime responsibility. Being healthy is dependent on your mental state. There are many techniques to feel good in spite of being under pressure.

Be adaptable with essential technology - as our age progresses, we tend to ignore new technology. ?It is most essential to be comfortable with needed technology. During pandemic society has experienced the capacity to absorb and adopt new technology. We must keep up with our new found learning skills.

During my progressive period of career, I have seen many people occupying places without giving space for new generation. My personal experience is, if you make move at appropriate time; it helps for you to be stress free. Also, you get new and progressive opportunities.

Lack of planning on someone else’s part should not become emergency for you. Please shed all unnecessary responsibilities and baggage in time. This will help for you to reduce stress and you can pay attention to yourself.

Getting confine to one small place (at office or at home); is a tiring and painful experience. We must learn to be comfortable alone; than to feel lonely. Being lonely is the last thing we should end up. Develop strong network of friends. Stroll in nature, meditate, develop hobbies, enhance your knowledge, etc.

As a care giver; if anyone takes you for granted or you come under pressure / stress, please pause, review situation. If need be; walk away from toxic place. It is a must to take care of yourself first. ?We should be smooth communicator with our elders and younger generation. Interaction skills with elders, same age group and youngsters need to be improved continuously.??

In case of bad health or due to some circumstances, if you have to depend on care giver, we should make their life easy. It is worth to learn new way of living and contributing. Care givers give portion of their life to take care of us. We should thank them at every step.

Of late I have heard and read, many experts saying and writing about die wealthy, die empty, etc.?I believe it's time for us to work towards and commit; that till our last breath we will travel light and Die Healthy.
