Stay away from the Neat Scanner

The Neat Scanner has been less that adequate for a couple of years.  Now it will not recognizer paper and I tried to reach customer service.  I have heard from others about problems with their scanner too.  Well, you can never get a live person at customer service.  It is a big loop that eventually has the "service tree" hanging up on you.   I am going to try to return this scanner.  It has caused many more headaches then it has solved.
