Webinar: Quantifying the Value of AI ??

Evaluating and tracking value from AI use cases can be really challenging and ambiguous. Especially for generative AI, most methods include an estimated time savings on repeatable tasks. Earlier this month, our Co-Founders - Brendan & Rehgan, held a webinar on "Quantifying the Value of AI: Going Beyond Cost Savings."

They shared insights on effective strategies and walked through key techniques, like decision mapping, to leverage when estimating initial potential value and tracking or auditing value from use cases over time. The discussion also highlighted the areas that AI can and will influence decision making and how to attribute outcomes and impact back to AI outputs.

Introducing Kathy Koontz - Our New Advisor ??

We are thrilled to welcome Kathy Koontz as an advisor to our team. With over 30 years of experience in data, analytics, and AI, Kathy has held leadership roles at top organizations, including AWS and Teradata. Most recently, she served as Principal Data/AI Strategist at AWS, where she helped transform healthcare and life sciences through AI and machine learning.

Kathy’s expertise spans customer analytics, omni-channel marketing, and driving organizational change, having worked with Fortune 100 companies and non-profits alike. She also serves as a lecturer at Columbia University and provides advisory services through K2 Data Strategy Advisors.

Outside of work, Kathy is passionate about cancer research, cycling 180 miles annually for Pelotonia, and enjoys outdoor activities with her family. ??

This month, our Learning Experience Manager, Kristy Wedel, spoke at Cincy Cyber Week. The three day event was held in Cincinnati, OH and focused on "evolving threats, solutions, use cases and best practices in the fields of cybersecurity and IT." Kristy was on a panel and held a lightning talk during the event:

Kristy also participated in the Women in Cyber Breakfast segment of the event, where she networked with others, shared stories, and exchange ideas around cybersecurity and IT. ???

Digital Solutions Gallery ?

Earlier this month, our Co-Founder & CEO, Rehgan Bleile (Avon) attended the 21st Digital Solutions Gallery "Governance 2.0: The AI Era" held at The Ohio State University. Seventy-five leaders in data, AI and technology came together to collaborate, exchange ideas and drive progress in this space. Leaders focused on problem-solving complex challenges, creative processes for AI development, and insights around the future of AI.

Rehgan also engaged in an inspiring fireside chat with Stephen Bartos, which highlighted the importance of culture and leadership as guiding principles in the ever-evolving AI landscape.
