AlignAI Welcomes New Team Member??
We are so happy to welcome Jonathan Schlosser to our team! ?? As our new Senior Data Scientist, Jonathan will work to build and deploy AI solutions, develop GenAI applications, and contribute to the development of our product!
Jonathan has a diverse but developed background with 10+ years of applied statistical & data science. He has 7+ years of experience with machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and 5+ years with data warehouses, data lakes and cloud computing.
Jonathan's favorite thing about data and AI is the rapidly advancing landscape, especially in the realms of generative AI, and how new technologies are shaping the future. We’re so excited to have him and cannot wait to see all that he accomplishes!??

Organizational Alignment Webinar Series
This month, AlignAI sponsored the Women in Analytics (WIA) Webinar Series. The 3-part series included a weekly session on Wednesdays that was dedicated to a specific topic around Organizational Alignment for AI.
Session Outline:
On the first session,?Rehgan Avon and Kristy Wedel discussed the biggest blockers companies face when adopting AI. In the second session, Rehgan led the conversation around security with AI and how to incorporate robust security measures. For the third and final session, Rehgan was joined by Devyani Biswal, Methodology Architect for Privacy Analytics to talk about picking the right use case.

Earlier this month, the AlignAI team held a successful onsite session that focused on product vision, new functionality for our product, and strategizing quarterly goals to kick off Q2. The day was filled with thought-provoking discussions, ideation and synergy between team members. To wrap up the day, the group went out for a relaxing and wonderful team dinner.??
UC Analytics Summit??
On April 30th the University of Cincinnati will be hosting their Analytics Summit held by their Center For Business Analytics. The event aims to support analytics and data science content as it develops across business, government and non-profit organizations. There will be plenty of talks around the latest analytics topics, tools and trends shared by experts in the industry.?
Our Senior Director of Growth & Customer Success, Nick Woo, will be attending the event. Also, our Learning Experience Manager, Kristy Wedel, will speak on "The Future of AI: A Roadmap for Ethical and Accountable Artificial Intelligence."

On Tuesday May 7th our Co-Founder & CEO, Rehgan Avon, will be joining "The Impact of AI on Business" panel. The event is hosted by Rackspace Technology at will take place at 11am (EDT).
