Now, you can configure or add an app for Teams meetings while scheduling a meeting from Outlook. This app will be ready to use when you chat or join the meeting in Teams.

?? Microsoft Viva: Amplify Author Publications & Distribute to Multiple Destinations

Viva Amplify enables you to author a publication once, and then choose different destinations such as Outlook, SharePoint and Teams to make it available. Viva Amplify will automatically format your content for different destinations and you can choose to customize the content or layout.

You’ve asked for ways to personalize and customize your OneDrive and Microsoft are delivering. Soon you’ll have the option to create colored folders or change the color of existing folders on OneDrive for Web. Colored folders give you at-a-glance signals to help you locate your content while adding a touch of personality to your OneDrive.

Outlook: New Outlook for Windows and web - Find Related Search (Sender & Conversation)

Find related search allows users to search for similar emails based on one selected from the message list. Right clicking an email and selecting "Find related" offers users the chance to search for “Messages in this conversation” and “Messages from sender”.

SharePoint: Updated site creation experience

With this update, you will choose a site template based on your scenario to get started creating your site. When choosing a template you can see its capabilities, and even see a preview. This change will help site owners through the process by simplifying and providing additional guidance while creating the site.

Outlook: Refiners in Outlook Web

Users will now be able to click on refiners after they complete a search, to filter down their results. These refiners will show up after each search.

Microsoft Viva: Connections News Notifications

Mobile users of Viva Connections will receive a push notification from Teams when SharePoint news is published from sites they follow or visit frequently. They'll also receive notification if they are @ mentioned in a comment on a news post, or if someone likes or comments on news they have published. These notifications will honor Teams notification settings including fully disabling them and quiet hours.

Microsoft Teams: Collaborative notes

Collaborative notes allow meeting attendees to co-create and collaborate on their meeting agenda, notes, and action items. Since Collaborative notes are a Loop component, it is always in sync regardless of how many places they live in. Assigned Tasks in Collaborative notes automatically sync with ToDo & Planner.
