State of the Travel Industry 2018

America’s travel industry remains strong and poised for growth in 2018. This year's State of the Travel Industry reflects on the successes and challenges of 2017, as well as outlines the many opportunities ahead.

Overall, a very low unemployment rate, accelerated economic growth, tax reform and rising consumer confidence are all good signs for travel and tourism in the year ahead.

It's critical that we protect travel and foster its growth on behalf of the 15.3 million American workers whose livelihoods depend on our industry. Together, our industry will continue to achieve great things.
