State Road 7 has traditionally been the epicenter of the car dealership world, but there are several indicators that the area is growing into much more than that:
- The expansion and beautification of the corridor by the City of Hollywood is almost finished.
- A new Super Walmart (indicator of demographic strength)
- Hard Rock $1.5 billion expansion
- New retail construction
