State of the Property Market

I am really delighted to be able to continue the monthly meets and in fact on Thursday Evening will be the last panel event before the National Development Summit. Its also the youngest panel event of the year- all the panellists are 35 or below yet with significant experience in Property.

I've been contacted by a number of property professionals, investors and developers about speaking at my monthly events- we are full until the New Year unless I put on a December event (which at the moment is unlikely).

If you would like to be considered as a speaker/panellist in the New Year feel free to get in contact with me- I usually don't choose speakers on an email.

I do my best to hear them speak beforehand or if they are not speaking - then to meet up with them in person.

It does make a huge difference to get recommendations - so when designing this panel- and I do my best to change the panellists around- I spoke to those 35 and Under and asked them who should I consider.

Jack Jiggens the Co-Host of the event was one of those who I listened to and the shortlist included Alex Hurn and Jack Perry- I checked out their profiles also- it does make a huge difference to have up to date profiles.

And Grace Ballantyne was initally recommended a long time ago by Piotr Rusinek.

Post October- I will create an article more about how the year went- its certainly been different- reducing the number of meets- particularly in Wandsworth- which is now bi-annual.
