Thanks for an overwhelming response for my Part 1 post on “The state of omni channel retail in India- Is it time yet?”

Although my previous post was written with an intention to address the present landscape on the state of omni channel retail in India in 2016, I received a lot of queries about tech adoption and digital challenges faced by many Indian retailers.

In this part 2 of my blog series, I would be addressing those missing pieces of the puzzle with respect to the technology challenges that have majorly impacted the retailers in India in 2016. This includes the specific sections on:

·        The various technology challenges that continue to derail the omni channel retail adoption rates

·        The framework to establish a robust omni channel technology assessment process

·        How omni channel technology has to be driven by assessing the mindset of Indian consumers
