I’m currently reading “Homelessness is a Housing Problem:How Structural Factors Explain U.S. Patterns”. Their conclusion is shortage of affordable housing is the primary issue and recommend more affordable rental housing be provided. I am wanting to go one step further and recommend affordable home ownership as a cure.
