State of the Energy Union 2015

Today, I presented the first ever State of the Energy Union. It is a brand new instrument that will allow us to assess, on an annual basis, how we are doing and where we should step up our efforts to implement the Energy Union. In other words, we are keeping the Energy Union’s implementation under close scrutiny.
