Eligibility for SBIF Scholarship 2024 -

• It is open for Indian nationals only
• Applicant must be studying in class 6 to 12 or an undergraduate or postgraduate
• Students must have secured minimum 75% marks or above in their previous academic year
• For school students, the gross annual family income of the applicants must be upto 3 lakh and for undergraduate or postgraduate students, the gross annual family income of the applicants must be upto 6 lakh.

Scholarship Cash Awards - The SBIF Asha Scholarship cash awards are mentioned below.

1. For School Students - Rs 15,000

2. Undergraduate Students - Rs 50,000

3. Postgraduate Students - Rs 70,000

4. Undergraduate Students from IIT's - 2,00,000

5. MBA Students from IIM's - 7,50,000.

Documents Required -

• Mark sheet from the previous academic year (Class 6-12/ Graduation/ Post-graduation as applicable)
• Adhaar card
• Current year fee receipt
• Proof of current year admission
• Bank account details of the applicant or parent
• Proof of Income (Form 16A/ income certificate/ salary slips etc.)
• Photograph of the applicant
• Caste Certificate (wherever applicable).

Age Limit - There is no age limit mentioned by the SBIF Foundation.

Selection Method - The selection process of SBIF Asha Scholarship Program is based on academic merit and financial background and involves initial shortlisting of applicants based on academic performance and financial background. After that there will be telephonic interviews with shortlisted candidates, followed by document verification for final selection.
