#Modern world is so striking with blend of #affluence and #paucity at its intense. Today we will foretaste about is it really worth mull over “# status “?
Let’s now try to understand the theory of the differences between well-off and deprived statuses in the evolving world. I would relatively term it as all our conception and presumed mindset to discriminate the status as “Rich” and “Poor”.
Did we anytime sense broadly whether it will express appositely about ourselves? Answer is “NO”, do you know why?
Let me elaborate my views with you when we are born are we rich? Poor?
All of us are born with bare hands and for sure will die bare hands but in between these two presumed conditions we fight for becoming Rich. This is where the prejudice playing its providence and sway our lives. In nut shell there is nothing called as “Rich” or “Poor” status that we are abide to. It is because of most besmirched factor called “Money” that has twisted the distinguish frame of mind within us to view the world.
Let’s sneak a quick look into a short #Story to ignite this thought:
#Story “In a small village, there were two little boys who are studying in same school. One boy come from rich family and the other is poor. But this diversity has not stopped them from being best friends. But as they started growing it is the society that started to seed the disparity between the two boys.
Now consequence of this act has intensified the attitude and mindsets of the two. The boy from rich family started grudging about the relationship which was quite superior till now. Poor boy stayed calm and not shown any sort of trivial hitch in his behavior and attitude by living his life with same pace like he used to.
Everyone in the society used to maintain good relationship with the rich boy and this has humiliated the situation and further portray shoddier than before. With this situation the mindset of the rich boy tried to presume that it is money that defines our own status. At the same time the poor boy aligned self with dedicated focus on edification and principles which he presumed which will define his status and not the money.
As the time passed by both are now grown up and the paradox is that Rich boy due to lack of focus and dependency on wealth has become unsuccessful person in life even he is equipped with money and Poor boy has become successful person and well respected personality in the society even he is not complement with much of prosperity but stood up by superior character and affirmative attitude with doll up on scholastic values. One day the rich one met with accident and situation was worse with doctors cannot do much even if family ready to spend more money to save their kid , but the poor one has his faith in god and did his best by donating his blood to his friend .
#Miracle do happen in life but it all depends on faith and as a surprise to everyone the rich one got saved finally. Then the rich one realized that it is not his wealth that saved him and it’s all because of his friend who may be poor in terms of wealth but far rich at heart. Both became best friends like earlier and helped the society together. Money equipped with good character will do wonders.
#Moral of the story: It is not always Money that will derive rich or poor and never go with flow of society. Focus on your goal and try hard to achieve success in life.
#Bharathspeaks #HR Insight: In all my articles will try to conclude with HR Insight which mainly connects the morale in #HR Perspective. So in the above story when we contemplate in #HR view, HR should never have one parameter as a yardstick to measure and judge someone whom they hire in organization. #HR should analyze the requirement and try to have focused acuity in selection. Don’t have money as the yardstick to judge the behavior and mindset aspects. Staffing is key process which will lay a foundation for anyone’s career and determine the success of organization.
So it is always appreciated and highly recommended to select someone with positive mindset and Great character followed by academic and financials.
In the above story the rich boy is called as "Ego" and Poor one is "Kindness" so leave behind the Ego and spread Kindness which is the key ingredient for the success
Last but not least #Organization culture is always determined by the people belonging to.
