Startups going global!

For entrepreneurs, building up their business in one country can be quite challenging. Expanding and operating it in other regions is even more difficult. How startups can cope with these challenges was the objective of a joint workshop with the PwC’s Accelerator team in Germany. Customer Alliance, niiu, clickworker, Plengio, Sensorberg were the five startups that PwC brought to the table, each on the verge to expand their business internationally. They were joined by the Innovation Center’s startup team and experts from SAP’s Globalization Services organization. This unit enables customers and SAP to expand their businesses worldwide and to create value chains for sustainable growth. As such, Globalization Services cover legal requirements and local business best practices, translation as well as technical prerequisites for language support amongst others.
