Industry Advisory Circle | Women in Science and Technology

This past month, we held our Industry Advisory Circle for Women in the Science and Technology industry. We shared resources, learnings, and networked with one another to build connections in the space.

"Being around other women through the Society for Canadian Women in Science and Technology (SCWIST) who have also experienced systemic challenges and biases in the Science & Technology space has been great for building resilience. What makes it all worthwhile is being able to say, well, yes, this is how things are. But what can we do about it? And SCWIST is a place where folks can actually contribute to what systemic change looks like [for women in the Science & Technology space]."

- Melanie Ratnam , Director of Policy and Impact, SCWIST?
