The Startup War...

As I'm sitting down to work on yet another Saturday.... I came across this very spot-on illustration from @sylviaduckworth depicting the truth of what I'll call the "Startup War". What, from time to time, seems to look like a cool, fun, and exciting adventure from the outside is nothing less than a war.

Putting aside having to deal with your competitors, your customers, financing, and other external factors... There is a real internal battle that goes on with every entrepreneur or founding team member. It takes real grit and hard work to do ALL of the "less glamorous" work that is needed to get the startup's product/service off the ground. I just wanted to take a moment and commend all of those wild-eyed entrepreneurs in the world, putting in the long and "less glamorous" hours to get the needed completed.

My advice, find that one thing. The one thing that puts the fire in your belly. That one thought that gets you excited and motivates you to get ANYTHING in your way done. Let us not forget, we are at War!
