#Entrepreneurs, please get out of the #Startup business, there is more value to it than meets the eyes!

Incubation is a process, which is actually time bound, if it is not time bounded, then whatever's being incubated remains premature forever.

Here in Pakistan, we are mostly promoting Incubation as something which fosters startups till they are supposed to be mature and independent. But in most cases the startups under the umbrella of "incubation", remains a startup even the logical sense of incubation time is over - funding or no funding.

It is as same as keeping a new born forever in that incubation box, whereas in reality the child should get out and grow (on their own)

The catch:

These startups require the same kind of talent as bigger setups require, but on a lesser pay scale

Due to the higher number of startups coming up with multitude of similar ideas, the bigger fish in the game has less water to swim around

For fresh resources these startups are a great platform to initiate their careers, but for senior resources, it is a narrow street

Somehow, and I don't know how, the balance between a startup and a well established business should be maintained

If we don't do this, and make incubation a business, then we will destroy the very fabric of balanced career growths and opportunities, all at the same time;

So, we need to get out of this "startup" business inside our incubation boxes, and become a business in reality - where the later is not an infinite option to choose.
