The most important phase of any startup is the Foundation which comprises of Ideation and Concept Building, Idea Validation and Enhancement, Idea Presentation and Pitching.
Key Notes:
· For anything, START or FOUNDATION is most basic and very important. Strong Foundation leads to greater success.
· Never start with the design or any other technical points while thinking about the idea or concept.
· Create personas for each customer segment.
· Thinking about the idea in technical angle changes the idea person’s view of the problem, and
· Identify problems, issues, pains, gains and needs of potential customers.
· Find solution(s), a way to solve problems and issues or fulfill the needs of potential customers.
· Now start thinking how best the solution can be provided, a low cost and as simple as possible
· Never neglect even to perform a tiny step in this phase.
· Wow factors for founders might be features and profits. But for most of the Investors, it’s the startup team and their execution and ROI as well.
