Startup Europe Week Crete 2018

The third annual conference of the Startup Europe Week Crete took place from March 2nd to March 10th, proudly organised voluntarily by local Ambassador Youth Entrepreneurship Club, in Chania, Rethymno, Lasithi and Heraklion.

It was four days including talks, panels of discussion and workshops in order to develop the entrepreneurial and startup ecosystem in Crete.

The world is experiencing change at a speed and intensity that is unprecedented.

Local Societies looking for a new hope. We would like to share the spirit of entrepreneurship. Despite the crisis, there are opportunities. Startups can change the world. The aim of Startup Europe Week Crete is to connect people in order to create new ventures that can thrive.

Our annual conference is Startup Europe Week Crete defining event. In March 2018 we presented a series of high-level discussions where professionals, CEOs, startuppers, scholars, members and stakeholders addressed the challenges of the present demanding circumstances.

Every year, we aspire to incite progressive thinking, meaningful discussion and action from both our speakers and participants.

Before I conclude, I would like once again to warmly thank all the speakers, delegates and participants to this year’s annual conference.
